Arts centre gets underway
Work has started on the conversion of a former church building into a multi-purpose arts centre in Peebles, Scotland. The £2m centre comprises a 250-seat auditorium, a rehearsal room and exhibition space, a café, bar and offices. Club Med signs strategic agreement with Air France
Club Méditerranée says Air France has become the first airline transporter to offer a no ticket service to a tour operator. The Club Méditerranée group and Air France have announced the signing of a 'global strategic agreement' which will include a new system of electronic ticketing. V&A to open Art Deco exhibition in March 2003

Docklands museum forced to postpone opening
The long awaited Museum in Docklands, which chronicles the 2,000-year history of the Port of London, has postponed its opening until April 2003.
