EcoReef Centre planned for Queensland coast
Cairns-based Sunlover Cruises has revealed a proposal to build a 3,900sq metre pontoon, provisionally named the EcoReef Centre, to be moored off the Great Barrier Reef.

Railex installs Natural History herbarium
Railex Systems, an industry expert in filing and storage systems, was selected by the Natural History Museum, London to provide a rolling storage system for the general herbarium.

Churchill's private wartime quarters opened to public
The first phase of a £13.5m project to reinstate secret rooms used by Winston Churchill's wife and staff during World War 2 has been completed.

Work starts on National Waterfront Museum
Construction has started on Swansea's National Waterfront Museum.

Farmer studios sees three new rides open this season
Farmer Studios has designed two new rides opening at UK theme parks this season.

New attractions at Camelot
The Camelot medieval theme park in Lancashire will open for the 2003 season with three new attractions.

A survey by the Confederation of British Industry reveals that services sector confidence has fallen over the past three months.

Broadway shows silenced by strike
A strike by musicians has closed 18 musicals playing on New York's Broadway.

The dispute between musicians and producers concerns the guaranteed minimum number of orchestra staff employed in each theatre's orchestra pit. The producers have suggested 15 but the American Federation of Musicians wants 24. The previous contract between the two sides expired last week.

Titanic docks in London
