Resource welcomes review of tax on works of art

Pendulus ride for Pleasure Island
Pleasure Island Family Theme Park in Cleethorpes is offering a G-force 3 ride, The Pendulus, for the 2003 season. Former director of the National Maritime Museum dies
Basil Greenhill, CB, CMG, director of Greenwich's National Maritime Museum from 1967 to 1981, has died. Greenhill was responsible, says the Times, for identifying the need to expand the scope of the collections in the museum to include ancient and modern commercial fleet activities of all sorts and to improve on the site's original image of being something of a shrine to Admiral Nelson. New Super Bowl for Aquaparc
Grévin et Cie is already investing in its latest acquisition, the Aquaparc on lac Léman, Switzerland. Guests can now experience Tortuga's Hurricane, a 17-metre high Super Bowl slide built by Whitewater, headquartered in Canada. British government 'fails to take tourism seriously'
